Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 small green pepper chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 slices cheese
- 1 - 8 or 9 inch pie crust frozen if wish
- 1/2 cup instant rice
How To Make hamburger pie

Step 1bake frozen pie crust according to directions for an empty baked crust

Step 2Brown ground beef with onion and any seasonings you wish like salt,pepper and even garlic is good. add chopped green pepper and simmer to just when green pepper softens, drain add the one can tomato soup with half can of water and 1/2 cup instant rice, heat to boil lower heat and simmer till rice is cooked and thickened.

Step 3Scoop into pie shell and arrange slices of cheese on top let melt slightly and ready to serve.
