How To Make hamburger hay stacks

  • Step 1
Pan fry your bacon in a large skillet then set aside. Leave the bacon grease in your pan.

Core and slice your avocado, circle each burger on the outside with the avocado to form a ring.
  • Step 5
place some onions in the hole, then your crumbled bacon.
  • Step 6
Put a generous dollop of sour cream on top of the onions. you should be level or a tad higher then your avocados.
  • Step 7
generously cover/cap on top all over your burger
  • Step 8
Place in microwave (or oven) on high heat until the cheese is melted
  • Step 9
Let rest for a few minutes then gently place on your serving plate. serve with baked beans and your favorite macaroni salad or potato salad.
