- 1 - medium onion, chopped
- to taste - salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons mrs. dash southwest chipotle seasoning blend or seasonings of choice
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato paste (small can)
- 1 can red beans (14 oz), drained
- - cooked rice or pasta of choice

Step 1Brown beef, onion, bell pepper, and seasonings.
