Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (or you can use left over roast beef)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 pound potatoes chopped into to really small chunks.
- 2 - beef bouillon, cubes
- - water to cover
How To Make hamburger hash

Step 1Brown beef and onion in large sauce pan.

Step 2Add potatoes, bouillon and enough water to cover.

Step 3Cover saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes or the potatoes are soft and the water is evaporated.
