  • 1 lb
    ground beef (or you can use left over roast beef)
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped
  • 1 lb
    potatoes chopped into to really small chunks.
  • 2
    beef bouillon, cubes
  • ·
    water to cover

How to Make Hamburger Hash


  1. Brown beef and onion in large sauce pan.
  2. Add potatoes, bouillon and enough water to cover.
  3. Cover saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes or the potatoes are soft and the water is evaporated.
