  • 1/2 cup frozen diced onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, light
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
  • 3 cups hot cooked mashed potatoes

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet, cook beef and onion till beef is no longer pink, drain.
  • Step 2
    Stir in soup, milk and bouillon. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 min. or till heated through, stirring occasionally. season to taste.
