Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 3 dashes worchester
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small onions, small white
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 pinches pepper
  • 3 tablespoons corn starch

How To Make hamburger gravey

  • Step 1
    cook hamburger ,onion,garlic and Worcester till hamburger is done and no pink
  • Step 2
    remove from pan drain pan of grease leaving 4 tb spoons left in pan.Stir in corn starch making a rue,cook for a few min. till Lt. brown or you smell a nutty aroma
  • Step 3
    add soup and milk bring up to a good simmer till it thickens slightly. return hamburger mixture into gravy and cook for a couple min. to mix the flavors together
  • Step 4
    enjoy over rice or noodle or toast
