Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/2 c
    tomato sauce,or 8oz. pizza sauce
  • 1
    large hungry jack butter toasting biscuits
  • 1 pkg
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    mushrooms, optional

How to Make HAMBURGER CUPS!

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown hamburger, drain. Add salt, onion salt, garlic salt, pepper, oregano and tomato sauce. Simmer 10 minutes or so. Grease muffin pan. Put grease on your hands, take 1 biscuit and make it flat and fit into muffin pan. Then fill with meat and salt mixtures. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until cheese is brown.
