This is a old family recipe this and a salad and rolls make a quick and filling meal.

Ingredients

  • 5 - red potatoes peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 or 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 or 2 cans cream style corn
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic

How To Make hamburger casserole

  • Step 1
    Boil potatoes for mashing. Then mix the salt, pepper, milk and cream potatoes with a mixer. Set aside
  • Step 2
    Next add oil to a skillet brown onion and ground beef until there is no pink in the meat. With salt and garlic pepper to taste.
  • Step 3
    Next layer mash potatoes 2nd layer is ground beef and onions, last layer us cream style corn. Layer using the same ingredients until all is used.
  • Step 4
    Heat in Microwave until heated though out. Ready to serve with salad and rolls.
