Ingredients
- 5 - red potatoes peeled and quartered
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 or 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 or 2 cans cream style corn
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
How To Make hamburger casserole

Step 1Boil potatoes for mashing. Then mix the salt, pepper, milk and cream potatoes with a mixer. Set aside

Step 2Next add oil to a skillet brown onion and ground beef until there is no pink in the meat. With salt and garlic pepper to taste.

Step 3Next layer mash potatoes 2nd layer is ground beef and onions, last layer us cream style corn. Layer using the same ingredients until all is used.

Step 4Heat in Microwave until heated though out. Ready to serve with salad and rolls.
