This is a old family recipe this and a salad and rolls make a quick and filling meal.

Ingredients

red potatoes peeled and quartered
1/2 stick
butter or margarine
1/2 c
milk
1 tsp
salt and pepper
1 or 2 lb
ground beef
1 small
onion chopped
2 Tbsp
cooking oil
1 or 2 can(s)
cream style corn
2 tsp
granulated garlic

How to Make Hamburger Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil potatoes for mashing. Then mix the salt, pepper, milk and cream potatoes with a mixer. Set aside
  • 2Next add oil to a skillet brown onion and ground beef until there is no pink in the meat. With salt and garlic pepper to taste.
  • 3Next layer mash potatoes 2nd layer is ground beef and onions, last layer us cream style corn. Layer using the same ingredients until all is used.
  • 4Heat in Microwave until heated though out.
    Ready to serve with salad and rolls.
