It's a family tradition that has been passed down from generations. Every time my aunt is here from the North she always ask me to fix this.

Ingredients For hamburger casserole

  • 1-12oz pkg
    egg noodles
  • 1 can
    chicken soup
  • 1 can
    mushroom soup
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 2lbs lb
    ground chuck
  • 1 can
    mexican style corn
  • 1-12oz pkg
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper

How To Make hamburger casserole

  • 1
    boil noodles for about 3 min. drain,cook ground chuck and onion together all the way through drain grease off meat in a big bowl mix meat, noodles,soups,corn and, salt& pepper to taste in a large casserole dish spread evenly add the cheese all over the top. Put in the oven on 350 for 30 min.
