- 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt & pepper
- 1 can tomato soup (10 oz.)
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage

Step 1Heat oven to 400^. Cook beef & onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into ungreased 2-qt. casserole. Cover and bake 45 minutes or until hot & bubbly.
