I got the inspiration for these while on a tour of the wonderful wineries in the Finger Lakes region of New York State.

Ingredients
- 3/4 pound boiled ham, sliced for rolling
- 1/2 cup cup white wine
- 4 teaspoons horseradish
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
How To Make ham roll ups

Step 1Beat softened cream cheese with white wine until creamy.

Step 2Add rest of ingredients and beat.

Step 3Roll from long side. Let chill covered in the fridge 8 hrs. or overnight.

Step 4Cut into 1 1/2" slices.
