I got the inspiration for these while on a tour of the wonderful wineries in the Finger Lakes region of New York State.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound boiled ham, sliced for rolling
  • 1/2 cup cup white wine
  • 4 teaspoons horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion

How To Make ham roll ups

  • Step 1
    Beat softened cream cheese with white wine until creamy.
  • Step 2
    Add rest of ingredients and beat.
  • Step 3
    Roll from long side. Let chill covered in the fridge 8 hrs. or overnight.
  • Step 4
    Cut into 1 1/2" slices.
