G's Ultimate Burger

Greg Appel

I have experimented with different burgers for years, this one has become my go to recipe. The burger stands itself with any and all condiments,
I like it with the griiling sauce, but you choose to use it or not.

  4. Place meat in large bowl, chop bacon fine and add, season with salt and pepper and onion juice and hand mix. Divide meat and form into same size patties. Cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge for 1/2 hour

Remove patties from fridge, set on counter.
Prepare grill for Med. heat, direct heat cooking.
  6. Grill patties directly over heat for 4 minutes
