Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 package beef bouillon (1 envelope)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How To Make ground beef stroganoff

Step 1Brown meat and drain. Cook mushrooms, onion and paprika in butter until tender. Stir in milk, bouillon, flour, tomato paste and salt. Cook until mixture boils and thickens slightly, stirring constantly. Stir in sour cream and meat and pour into 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
