Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make ground beef stroganoff

Step 1In a heavy deep pan over medium high heat, add olive oil, then add ground meat and stir. Add onions and garlic. Add sliced mushrooms and saute for 5 minnutes.

Step 2Add flour and stir. Be sure to mix in any lumps that form. Add beef broth, whipping cream, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Turn the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3Remove from heat and add in sour cream. Stir to combine. Serve over noodles, rice or . potatoes.
