Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- WILD MUSHROOM AND ONION GRAVY
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 ounces each oyster mushrooms, hen of the woods mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms chopped
- 1 liter onion sliced
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon better than bouillon beef paste
- 1 teaspoon kitchen bouquet
How To Make ground beef patties w wild mushroom & onion gravy

Step 1Mix the all the ingredients for the beef patties except the oil. Shape into 6 patties. Add oil to large skillet and fry the patties until done. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Step 2Add 2 tbsp oil to pan and add the onions and mushrooms. Saute until onions are translucent. Add the bourbon and let reduce until almost evaporated.

Step 3Add the butter and flour and make a roux. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until thickened. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Add the patties and any juices back to the pan. Let cook 1 minute
