cooking oil
2 medium
onions, chopped
1.5 c
1/4 c
soy sauce
1 can(s)
chinese noodles
1 c
chopped celery
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
3/4 c
instant rice

How to Make Ground Beef Oriental


  • 1Season beef and brown in 1 tablespoon oil.
  • 2Add onion and celery; cook until tender.
  • 3Combine soups, soy sauce and water.
  • 4In oiled casserole (1 tablespoon oil), place dry rice.
  • 5Cover with meat mixture, then top with soup mixture.
  • 6Bake 30 minutes, covered, at 350 degrees.
  • 7Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
  • 8Top with noodles and bake 15 minutes more.
