1 lb
ground beef
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp
cooking oil
2 medium
onions, chopped
1.5 c
1/4 c
soy sauce
1 can(s)
chinese noodles
1 c
chopped celery
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
3/4 c
instant rice


1Season beef and brown in 1 tablespoon oil.
2Add onion and celery; cook until tender.
3Combine soups, soy sauce and water.
4In oiled casserole (1 tablespoon oil), place dry rice.
5Cover with meat mixture, then top with soup mixture.
6Bake 30 minutes, covered, at 350 degrees.
7Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
8Top with noodles and bake 15 minutes more.
