Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1.5 cups water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 can chinese noodles
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup instant rice
How To Make ground beef oriental

Step 1Season beef and brown in 1 tablespoon oil.

Step 2Add onion and celery; cook until tender.

Step 3Combine soups, soy sauce and water.

Step 4In oiled casserole (1 tablespoon oil), place dry rice.

Step 5Cover with meat mixture, then top with soup mixture.

Step 6Bake 30 minutes, covered, at 350 degrees.

Step 7Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.

Step 8Top with noodles and bake 15 minutes more.
