1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1 Tbsp
montreal steak seasoning
3
eggs
1/2 c
milk
1/3 c
flour
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Ground Beef Cutlets

Step-by-Step

  • 1Season meat and make into balls.
  • 2Mix together eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper.
  • 3Dip balls into egg batter. Flatten balls in cracker crumbs.
  • 4Put in the refrigerator for half hour. Fry in skillet about 10 minutes on each side or to your liking.
