Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon montreal steak seasoning
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make ground beef cutlets

  • Step 1
    Season meat and make into balls.
  • Step 2
    Mix together eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Dip balls into egg batter. Flatten balls in cracker crumbs.
  • Step 4
    Put in the refrigerator for half hour. Fry in skillet about 10 minutes on each side or to your liking.
