  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp
    montreal steak seasoning
  • 3
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Ground Beef Cutlets


  1. Season meat and make into balls.
  2. Mix together eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Dip balls into egg batter. Flatten balls in cracker crumbs.
  4. Put in the refrigerator for half hour. Fry in skillet about 10 minutes on each side or to your liking.
