How to Make Ground Beef Cutlets
1Season meat and make into balls.
2Mix together eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper.
3Dip balls into egg batter. Flatten balls in cracker crumbs.
4Put in the refrigerator for half hour. Fry in skillet about 10 minutes on each side or to your liking.
