Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon montreal steak seasoning
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make ground beef cutlets

Step 1Season meat and make into balls.

Step 2Mix together eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper.

Step 3Dip balls into egg batter. Flatten balls in cracker crumbs.

Step 4Put in the refrigerator for half hour. Fry in skillet about 10 minutes on each side or to your liking.
