ground beef barbecue
This is great and quick - my kids like it served in biscuit cups.They freeze well too.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 5 - celery ribs, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 3 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1 can biscuits
How To Make ground beef barbecue

Step 1Brown meat in slow cooker or skillet on top of range on medium heat.

Step 2Remove excess grease.

Step 3Transfer cooking pot to heating base or transfer meat to slow cooker.

Step 4Add all remaining ingredients stirring well to blend.

Step 5Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. ( or high 2-3 hours)

Step 6Serve on buns or over hot dogs for chili dogs. Or you can spray the insides of a muffin pan and place the bisuits in and up the sides of them. Cook according to package directions. When done, place meat mixture inside the biscuits. Enjoy!
