Ingredients

2 large
potatoes, peeled and sliced
2
carrots, peeled and sliced
1 can(s)
peas, drained
3
onions, thinly sliced
1.5 lb
ground beef, browned
2
celery ribs, sliced
10.5 oz
tomato soup
1 can(s)
water

Step-By-Step

1Place layers of the vegetables in the order given in crock pot.
2Season each layer with salt and pepper.
3Put the lightly browned ground beef on top of the celery.
4Mix the tomato soup with the water and pour over the layers.
5Cover and set on low for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
