Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 - carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 can peas, drained
- 3 - onions, thinly sliced
- 1.5 pounds ground beef, browned
- 2 - celery ribs, sliced
- 10.5 ounces tomato soup
- 1 can water
How To Make ground beef and vegetable casserole

Step 1Place layers of the vegetables in the order given in crock pot.

Step 2Season each layer with salt and pepper.

Step 3Put the lightly browned ground beef on top of the celery.

Step 4Mix the tomato soup with the water and pour over the layers.

Step 5Cover and set on low for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
