Ingredients

  • 2 large
    potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2
    carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    peas, drained
  • 3
    onions, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 lb
    ground beef, browned
  • 2
    celery ribs, sliced
  • 10.5 oz
    tomato soup
  • 1 can(s)
    water

How to Make Ground Beef and Vegetable Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Place layers of the vegetables in the order given in crock pot.
  2. Season each layer with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the lightly browned ground beef on top of the celery.
  4. Mix the tomato soup with the water and pour over the layers.
  5. Cover and set on low for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
