4new york strip steaks, 1 inch thick, steak of your choice
LOGAN'S HOUSE SEASONING
1/4 cgarlic, granulated
1/4 conion, granulated
1/4 cblack pepper, course ground
1 ckosher salt
3 Tbspthyme, dried
1 Tbspcayenne pepper
How to Make Grilled Strip Steak Perfection
- mix all the seasoning ingredients together. the house seasoning can be stored up to 6 months in an airtight container, in a cool dry place.
- dust both sides of the steak with seasoning. on a greased hot grill, grill steaks about 4-5 minutes on each side or until preferred doneness. remove and let rest 5-10 minutes.
- you can add a little evoo on both sides of the steak then add house seasoning. make sure that the steaks are at room temperature before grilling.
