Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    pork roast -- sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    creole seasoning
  • 1 large
    onion -- halved, then sliced
  • 1 large
    green bell pepper -- sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    mushrooms -- drained
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    brown gravy mix
  • 1 c
    beef broth

How to Make Grilled Roast Smothered with Mushroom Gravy

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice your pork roast and season for your taste.
  2. Place your pork roast on the grill and brown each side of meat.
  3. After grilled place roast in baking dish.
  4. Smother your roast with onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
  5. Mix Cream of Mushroom and Brown Gravy Mix with 1 cup of Beef Broth. Mix Well and Microwave.
  6. Smother Veggies and Roast with Gravy.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 375 for 35 minutes.
