Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1/3 cup moore’s original
- 1/3 cup lea & perrins
How To Make grilled ribeyes

Step 1I pour the lea & perrins and Moore’s over my two ribeyes in zip lock bag. I then place the ribeyes on the countertop to come to room temperature.

Step 2Then I place my charcoal to one side of the grill. Light and let it ash over.

Step 3Once I place my steaks on the grill I allow them to cook for at least 4 minutes then flip and cook another 4 minutes. In order to get a sear allow the steak to for the whole 4 minutes. My steaks come out medium well.
