Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef flank steak
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
How To Make grilled marinated flank steak

Step 1In a bowl, combine the red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Add the seasonings. Whisk to combine. Pour the marinade into a large ziploc bag.

Step 2Add the flank steak to the bag and zip it closed. Squeeze to coat the whole steak.

Step 3Marinate the steak for at least 4 hours. Turn halfway through. One hour prior to grilling, remove from the fridge and let come to room temperature.

Step 4Heat the grill. Grill the steak for 5 minutes. Turn and grill another 5 minutes. Remove and let rest for 5 more minutes.

Step 5Carve at a 45 degree angle. Serve immediately.
