This is a simple but delicious steak recipe, with ingredients you probably already have on hand. TIME DOESN'T INCLUDE MARINATING TIME OF 4 HOURS.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef flank steak
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

How To Make grilled marinated flank steak

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, combine the red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Add the seasonings. Whisk to combine. Pour the marinade into a large ziploc bag.
  • Step 2
    Add the flank steak to the bag and zip it closed. Squeeze to coat the whole steak.
  • Step 3
    Marinate the steak for at least 4 hours. Turn halfway through. One hour prior to grilling, remove from the fridge and let come to room temperature.
  • Step 4
    Heat the grill. Grill the steak for 5 minutes. Turn and grill another 5 minutes. Remove and let rest for 5 more minutes.
  • Step 5
    Carve at a 45 degree angle. Serve immediately.
