meat tenderizer
1 c
onion, chopped
1 c
lemon juice
1/2 c
vegetable oil
1 tsp
1 tsp
celery seed
1 tsp
1 tsp
dried thyme
1 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
dried rosemary
2 clove
garlic, minced

How to Make Grilled Lemon and Herb London Broil


  • 1Combine ingredients in a large shallow dish and coat meat on both sides. Let marinate in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.
  • 2Sprinkle meat evenly with tenderizer 30 minutes prior to cooking and bring to room temperature.
  • 3On a preheated grill cook meat 12 minutes per pound, turning for even cooking. Let meat rest about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
