Ingredients
- 2 1/4 pounds london broil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons meat tenderizer
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
How To Make grilled lemon and herb london broil

Step 1Combine ingredients in a large shallow dish and coat meat on both sides. Let marinate in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.

Step 2Sprinkle meat evenly with tenderizer 30 minutes prior to cooking and bring to room temperature.

Step 3On a preheated grill cook meat 12 minutes per pound, turning for even cooking. Let meat rest about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
