grilled deer roll-ups
I made these for my son's football team. They were taken off food table by the Seniors so the underclassmen wouldn't get them!

Ingredients
- 3 pounds deerburger (hamburger works also)
- 3 packages smoked bacon
- 1 bottle b-b-q sauce
How To Make grilled deer roll-ups

Step 1Mix deer and 1/2c b-b-q sauce

Step 2On cutting board cut bacon in half. Lay on board

Step 3Using a Jerky Gun using flat attachment squeeze layer of deer over half piece of bacon. Repeat until gone

Step 4Roll bacon and put on wood stick.

Step 5Place on Pre-heated grill on high. Grill until bacon is rendered and crisp. Brush with b-b-q sauce on all sides last 10 min.

Step 6When deer is done remove from heat. Can be put in slow-cooker.
