I made these for my son's football team. They were taken off food table by the Seniors so the underclassmen wouldn't get them!

Ingredients

3 lb
deerburger (hamburger works also)
3 pkg
smoked bacon
1 bottle
b-b-q sauce

How to Make Grilled Deer Roll-Ups

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix deer and 1/2c b-b-q sauce
  • 2On cutting board cut bacon in half. Lay on board
  • 3Using a Jerky Gun using flat attachment squeeze layer of deer over half piece of bacon. Repeat until gone
  • 4Roll bacon and put on wood stick.
  • 5Place on Pre-heated grill on high. Grill until bacon is rendered and crisp. Brush with b-b-q sauce on all sides last 10 min.
  • 6When deer is done remove from heat. Can be put in slow-cooker.
