Easy and very yummy. Cook time totally depends on your grill so please don't skewer me (no pun intended) on how long this takes you to grill it to desired doneness on your grill! :)

Ingredients

4 to 6 medium beef cube steaks
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup moore's steak sauce marinade
4 to 6 slices bacon

How To Make grilled cube steak roll ups

Step 1

Marinate steaks in Moore's just a few minutes as they will fall apart if you leave them more than a few minutes. I usually pour the sauce in a gallon zip lock add the steaks and lay flat on counter then flip the bag to finish.

Step 2

spread thin layer of cream cheese on one side of each steak.
Step 3

roll up jellyroll style and wrap with one peice of bacon and secure with toothpicks
Step 4

grill over medium heat doing quarter turns frequently to ensure even cooking
