Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons corn oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 pound lean round steak, boneless
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 4 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 8 - cherry tomatoes
- 1 large onion
How To Make grilled beef kabobs

Step 1Make marinade by combining lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, oil, soy sauce, mustard and garlic.

Step 2Cut beef into 1\" chunks, then add to marinade.

Step 3Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 12 hours or more.

Step 4Cut vegetables into chunks, making at least 8 pieces of each.

Step 5Remove beef cubes from marinade, reserving marinade.

Step 6On 4 medium or long skewers, alternate pieces of meat and vegetables.

Step 7Grill over hot coals, basting occasionally with marinade, for about 15 minutes, turning shewers regularly.

Step 8Allow 5 to 10 minutes longer for well done meat.

Step 9Serve hot. (Makes 4 servings)
