This is a pretty easy and very filling and healthy dinner recipe. Our family loves fajitas, even our most picky eater will eat her veggies when we have fajitas for dinner.

Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin
- 1 medium red bell pepper, quartered and seeded
- 1 medium green bell pepper, quartered and seeded
- 1 medium onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 bottle mayan fajita marinade & cooking sauce
How To Make grilled beef fajitas

Step 1Place steak, peppers, onions and marinade in a 1 gallon resealable food storage bag; seal. Toss to coat; refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Step 2Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill steak, turning once, 8-16 minutes (depending on thickness)or until desired doneness is reached. (145F for medium-rare; 160F for medium) Grill peppers and onions until desired doneness.

Step 3Remove from grill and allow steak to rest 5-10 minutes. Thinly slice steak; slice peppers and onions. Serve with fajita toppings.
