Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon korean chili paste (gochujang)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed & minced
- 2 pounds skirt steak
How To Make grilled asian skirt steak

Step 1In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the steak. Pour into a large plastic ziploc bag.

Step 2Add the steak to the bag, zip it closed, then massage the marinade into the steak. Let it marinate on the counter for 20-30 minutes.

Step 3While the steak marinates, preheat the grill and lightly oil the grates.

Step 4Grill the steaks about 2 minutes per side for medium rare. But definitely no longer than 4 minutes per side (unless you like shoe leather). Remove to a cutting board and let rest a few minutes. Then slice thinly across the grain to serve.
