This recipe is actually a casserole and came from my Mom in Law. I always tell her to make 2, cause it goes so fast!! This is on my "Yummy List"!!

    tortilla chips
  • 1/2 lb
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb
    ground beef (or ground turkey works well, too!)
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 small can(s)
    toasted,peeled green chilies
  • 1/2 soup can(s)

How to Make Green Enchilada Pie


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Layer bottom of 9 x 12 pan with tortilla chips. Cover with layer of browned ground beef.
  3. Cover with layer of green chilies.
  4. Cover with layer of shredded cheese.
  5. Mix soups with milk and pour over layered ingredients.
  6. Top with more tortilla chips.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  8. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!
