This recipe is actually a casserole and came from my Mom in Law. I always tell her to make 2, cause it goes so fast!! This is on my "Yummy List"!!

tortilla chips
1/2 lb
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb
ground beef (or ground turkey works well, too!)
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
2 small can(s)
toasted,peeled green chilies
1/2 soup can(s)

How to Make Green Enchilada Pie


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Layer bottom of 9 x 12 pan with tortilla chips. Cover with layer of browned ground beef.
  • 3Cover with layer of green chilies.
  • 4Cover with layer of shredded cheese.
  • 5Mix soups with milk and pour over layered ingredients.
  • 6Top with more tortilla chips.
  • 7Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • 8Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!
