Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 - 14 1/2-oz can stewed tomatoes
- 2 - 4-oz cans chopped green chilies
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make green chili

Step 1In soup pan cook ground beef with onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, green chilies, potatoes and water. Add salt. Simmer, uncovered 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
