Ingredients
- - pepper to taste
- 1 - bulb fennel, chopped
- 8 - hamburger buns
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 pounds ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
How To Make greek burgers

Step 1In small bowl, mix mayonnaise and minced garlic. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 2Preheat grill for high heat.

Step 3Mix lamb, bread crumbs, fennel, shallot, oregano, and salt. Form into 3/4 thick patties and sprinkle black pepper over surfaces.

Step 4Brush grate with oil and place burgers on grill. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, turning once or until done. Serve on buns with garlic mayonnaise.
