Ingredients
- 1 medium beef roast
- salt/pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom/can of water
- 1 can cream of celery/can of water
- 4-5 medium potatoes, quartered
- 1 bag oven cooking bag
- 2 tablespoons flour
How To Make gran's roast

Step 1Salt and pepper roast. Flour oven cooking bag extra well. Put roast in bag, then potatoes, then soups and water.

Step 2Close and secure bag, cut slits in top of bag. Bake at 350 degrees 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
