    slice of bread

    salt to taste

    garlic salt or powder to taste

  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley, dried

How to Make Grandmother Van Eaton's Meatloaf


  1. Use hands and clean surface to mix ground beef, sausage, bread, egg, and seasoning.
  2. Form into loaf in large pan.
  3. Put in cold oven, bake at 350 for 25 min or until done.
