How to Make Grandma's Goulash
- In an electric skillet or large saucepan,heat the oil and brown the ground beef with the onions and peppers until the beef is totally browned.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, season generously with salt and add pepper. Cover and simmer for approx. 30-45 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes so the sauce does not burn on the bottom.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain and put in large bowl. Top with sauce, mix thoroughly and serve.
