Ingredients

1 lbground beef

3/4 cprogresso italian style bread crumbs

2 largeeggs

1/2 chalf and half

1/4 ckraft grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cyellow onion, grated

1 1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/4 cdried parsley flakes

2 tspdried basil leaves

1 tspdried oregano leaves

1/2 tspblack pepper

1/2 tspsalt
How to Make Grandma Vicki's Meatballs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add 1 Tbls of Olive oil to a large glass baking dish (9x13). Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll meatballs loosely about the size of a golf ball and place in the baking dish.
- Makes about 17-20 meatballs. Bake for 45 minutes.
