Ingredients

ground beef
1
egg
1/2 c
celery, chopped
1/2 c
onion, chopped
1/2 c
green pepper, chopped
20
saltine cracker crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 can(s)
tomato soup

How to Make Grandma Schultz's Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix together with your hands all of the ingredients except the tomato soup. Place in a loaf pan and cover with tomato soup. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for first hour, then uncover for the last hour.
