I wasn't aware my Grandma had ever written this recipe down, because she never used one to make it. Then, I found it in an old church cookbook with her name as the submitter! Oh happy days!!!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion - minced
- 1 small green pepper - minced
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup diced velveeta
- 8 ounces pkg of pasta, boiled and drained
How To Make grandma roberts' goulash

Step 1Brown beef with onion and green pepper. Drain.

Step 2Add tomatoes, ketchup, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, chili powder and garlic. Simmer 15 - 20 minutes.

Step 3Add soup and cheese. Mix well.

Step 4Fold in pasta.

Step 5Pour into casserole dish and bake 15 - 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
