I learned how to make these meatball from an Italian friend of mine back in the 1970's. Since then they have been my own personal comfort food.

Ingredients
- 1 - 1/2 pounds ground meat (hamburger, pork, turkey) mix
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon each powdered garlic and onion
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
- 1/2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup warm water ( so your hands won't freeze)
- ITALIAN MEATBALLS
How To Make grandma gail's meatballs

Step 1mush it all up and form into balls, fry or bake 350 for 30 minutes until really brown. Simmer in your favorite sauce.
