I learned how to make these meatball from an Italian friend of mine back in the 1970's. Since then they have been my own personal comfort food.

Ingredients For grandma gail's meatballs

1 - 1/2 lbground meat (hamburger, pork, turkey) mix
-
1 cplain bread crumbs

1 cparmesan cheese
-
1/2 tspeach powdered garlic and onion

2 Tbspdried parsley
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce, dark
-
1/2 Tbspteriyaki sauce
-
1/2 cwarm water ( so your hands won't freeze)

How To Make grandma gail's meatballs

1mush it all up and form into balls, fry or bake 350 for 30 minutes until really brown. Simmer in your favorite sauce.
