I learned how to make these meatball from an Italian friend of mine back in the 1970's. Since then they have been my own personal comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 1/2 pounds ground meat (hamburger, pork, turkey) mix
  • 1 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon each powdered garlic and onion
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
  • 1/2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup warm water ( so your hands won't freeze)
  • ITALIAN MEATBALLS

How To Make grandma gail's meatballs

  • Step 1
    mush it all up and form into balls, fry or bake 350 for 30 minutes until really brown. Simmer in your favorite sauce.
  • Step 2
    DO NOT USE ANY SALT OR PEPPER!
