Ingredients
- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 1 or 2 stalks celery, cut to bite-size pieces
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 3 - carrots, cut to bite-size pieces
- 4 - potatoes, peeled and cut to bite-size pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon tapioca
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup tomato juice (personal choice is v-8 juice)
