Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless beef chuck cubed
- 1 slice onions, yellow, medium
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprica ( sweet paprica)
- 2 quarts water
- 3 slices carrotts
- dash pepper
- 3 - potatos cleand and diced up into 1 in cubes

Step 1brown onion in oil, add beef and brown lightly. Add salt, pepper, & paprica, cover pan and let simmer in its own juices. Add a little water if needed. 1 hr. add potatoes & carrots & 2 qts. of water. cook 20 min. until vegetables are cooked.

Step 2Serve over wide cooked noodles or Paprikash dumplings or server as soup
