Ingredients

boneless beef chuck cubed
1 slice
onions, yellow, medium
1 Tbsp
salt
2 Tbsp
oil
1 1/2 tsp
paprica ( sweet paprica)
2 qt
water
3 slice
carrotts
dash(es)
pepper
3
potatos cleand and diced up into 1 in cubes

How to Make Grandma Chorba's Goulash

Step-by-Step

  • 1brown onion in oil, add beef and brown lightly. Add salt, pepper, & paprica, cover pan and let simmer in its own juices. Add a little water if needed. 1 hr.

    add potatoes & carrots & 2 qts. of water. cook 20 min. until vegetables are cooked.
  • 2Serve over wide cooked noodles or Paprikash dumplings or server as soup
