Grandma Betty's Hamburger Casserole

1 smallonion (chopped)
1 smallzucchini (chopped/optional)
1 can(s)green beans (french style)
1 can(s)tomato soup
1 pkginstant potato flakes, dry (4-6 serving) cheese flavored or garlic flavored
How to Make Grandma Betty's Hamburger Casserole
- Dice onion and zucchini and put into skillet. Add hamburger (season to your taste, salt, pepper, & garlic powder is what I use.) and fry until no longer pink, and veggies are soft.
- Prepare instant potatoes according to package. (I use the microwave directions.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Drain grease from hamburger mixture. Add the can of tomato soup, and can of green beans. Stir until mixed.
- Put hamburger mixture into a non-stick sprayed casserole dish. Then spread the instant potatoes on top of the casserole. Bake for 30 minutes or until the soup starts bubbling up around the potatoes.
