grandma alma's meatloaf
I was never much of a meatloaf fan growing up except for my Grandmothers. It was always so good! Here is her recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
- 1/3 can tomato soup
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 - small bell pepper (optional)
- 1/2 - medium onion - chopped fine
- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes (juice reserved)

- - pepper
How To Make grandma alma's meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350° F

Step 2Mix meat, catsup, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, salt & pepper with enough crushed crackers to make the loaf firm.

Step 3Mix the tomato juice, the tomato soup and enough water to make 1 cup of liquid. Pour the liquid over the meatloaf.

Step 4Cut the bell pepper into wedges or rings and place on top of the meatloaf as decoration.

Step 5Bake at 350 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes
