If you're looking for a super-simple, super-meaty chili recipe, this is it. My grandaddy used to be in charge of making this for the Kiwanis Club annual chili suppers, and it was always a big hit!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chili beans
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 can tomato sauce (soup can size)
- - mexine chili powder -- to taste
How To Make grandaddy's chili

Step 1Brown the ground chuck with he chopped onion til ground chuck is no longer pink. Drain any grease.

Step 2Add can of tomato sauce and chili powder, to taste. Add salt if you wish. Let simmer for 45 minutes and serve hot.
