My grandmother came up with this cassarole durring WWII to make meat go further. I always asked for it for my birthday dinner,and now my kids ask for it.

pound browned hamburger
2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
1 can lg can,corsely chopped tomatoes and not drained
1 package cooked wide egg noodles
1 can mushrooms,corsely chopped,drained
3-4 slices bacon, uncooked

How To Make grammy kinniman cassarole

Step 1

in a bowl,add hamburger,noodles,mushrooms,tomatoes and mix well,add cheese and mix,Pour intocassarole dish and top with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour

Step 2

we always served with salad and rolls
