Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    turkey, cooked
  • 1/2 c
    cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
  • 1 c
    cooked rice
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    carrot, grated
  • 1/4 c
    celery, finely chopped
  • 1.5 tsp
    prepared mustard or dijon
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1/4 c
    tomato sauce
  • 2
    egg whites
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1/4 c
    honey

How to Make Glazed Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven at 350.
  2. Prepare a loaf pan with cooking.
  3. Combine all ingredients except ketchup and honey and mix well.
  4. Turn mixture into a prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Combine ketchup and honey.
  6. Spread evenly over meat and bake 5 minutes longer.
