    pounds sirloin steak,sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/2 CUP
    soy sauce, dark
  • 1
    tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup
    sake or sherry
  • 1
    clove garlic pureed
  • 1
    teaspoon to 3 tablespoons sugar

How to Make GINGER BEEF TERIYAKI SKEWER

Step-by-Step

  1. marinate steak for about 1 hour in mixture of soy sauce fresh ginger sake or sherry,garlic, and sugar according to taste.
  2. Drain; weave meat on skewers,using one skewer for each strip of meat. cook quickly,1 to 2 min on each side, over hot coals,basting with the marinade. do not overcook.
