This yum-tummy warmer-upper is a cinch to make, and your fam will love it! It's an awesome potluck dish too. Serve it up with some crusty garlic bread and a vegetable side of green beans or corn and you will be deemed King or Queen for the evening, meaning clean up won't be in your repertoire for the evening!

Ingredients

  • - 1 1/2-2 lb. lean ground beef; can be mixed with turkey or venison
  • - 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
  • - 2 quarts stewed tomatoes, home canned if possible
  • - 2 teaspoons paprika
  • - 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • - 1 medium onion, diced
  • - 1 small green pepper, diced
  • - 1 small (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • - 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • - 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • - 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

How To Make get-me-some-more goulash

  • Step 1
    Boil water and prepare the macaroni noodles according to directions on box.
  • Step 2
    Simultaneously, brown ground beef in dutch oven or large saucepan, add onions and green pepper. Drain fat when meat is no longer pink.
  • Step 3
    Add paprika, chili powder, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar,as well as two tablespoons of water.
  • Step 4
    Simmer for several more minutes, then remove from heat. Mix in the cooked macaroni noodles and serve.
