oma's austrian chopped sirloin burger
My Austrian Grandmother Oma made this for me when I was a child. It doesn't need ketchup or mustard or hamburger bun. It is wonderful!

How To Make oma's austrian chopped sirloin burger
-
Step 1Grind your sirloin in a meat grinder. You can buy it already in a package already ground. I did not do that I ground my own.
-
Step 2Mix meat onion, parsley, breadcrumbs and eggs together. Season with salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs to the outside of the meat or leave it off. Some people call the snitzel or the other. I'm not sure what this is called, but this is what my grandmother did.
-
Step 3Fry in a pan for 10 minutes until brown. About 5 minutes per side. Makes 4 sirloin burgers.
