How to Make German Gulash with Marjoram Bread Dumplings and So
2Sauté onions for 5 minutes, add milk, and bring to a simmer. Pour over all ingredients besides the eggs.
3Add egg when bread mixture is cooled down. Mix and form 3-ounce dumplings.
4Boil in salted water for 5 minutes and sauté in 1 tablespoons of butter until golden brown.
6Sear meat in brazier until brown. Add onions and sear again for 10 minutes, until onions are golden-brown.
7Add all spices and herbs and sauté for 2 minutes. Add beer, wine, and water. Simmer in oven for 2 hours.
